Purpose: To
be able to function and carry on. A person wants to feel good, look good, be
able to move efficiently.
Resources: People can use the Internet to look up health information, and there has been a
strong demand for online health information recently. Consumers have to be
careful to consider the source of the health information to determine whether
the source is trustworthy. In general, information is more trustworthy when you
find the same type of information on more than one website.
Strategy:
1. Stop
engaging in risky behavior (smoking, drug)
2. Drink
more water: Adult humans should be drinking a litre or more water per day; six
eight ounce cups of water
3. Eat well
4. Improve
your sleep quality
5. Maintain
your personal hygiene
6. Exercise
daily or if not possible twice or three times a week
Outcome Evaluation: these are the signs of success; feeling good, energetic, mindful
body, being happy, well being
